Location: London & Hursley (Winchester)
Start Date: 9th March 2026
Application Criteria: Completed A-levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of 120 UCAS points. Must have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, be authorised to work in the UK without sponsorship, and live within commuting distance of London or Hursley.

About the opportunity

This degree apprenticeship combines on-the-job experience with study for a Digital & Technology Solutions degree. Apprentices will work on public sector client projects, gaining experience in healthcare, defence, and local government. You’ll learn to develop and implement digital solutions, analyse data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, while studying at an IBM university partner.

Main responsibilities include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
• Developing and implementing digital and technology solutions, including process improvements.
• Analysing complex data to identify trends and insights.
• Communicating recommendations clearly to clients and teams.
• Working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Participating in training to develop skills in AI, cloud, data analytics, and agile methods.
