What is the Finance and Buisness Management Apprenticeship?
The F&BM Program is an 18 month to 2 year Program starting in September 2022 offering school leavers the opportunity to enter the professional workplace and work for a leading global investment bank. Over the course of the program Apprentices have 20% of their time designated towards their AAT qualification, providing a strong foundation to the fundamentals of finance. There are various training opportunities throughout and be it mentors or fellow Apprentices there is access to a strong network, who will support and develop you to help build your skills and career.
What skills will you develop?
As part of this role, you will complete the Professional Accountancy Taxation Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship.
Caitlin - Current F&BM Apprentice: ‘The main skills which I have developed are building stakeholder relationships at JP Morgan. I get exposure to customer facing teams and must communicate with people from different levels within the bank on a daily basis; building good relationships with these contacts is key to ensuring my days run smoothly.'

Who can apply?
J.P. Morgan are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for learning and developing their skillset. Through on the job training, J.P. Morgan will provide you will the skills to help drive strategic business decisions.
In terms of grades, the following is required:
- 5 GCSEs at grade 6 (B), which includes Mathematics and a minimum of grade 4 (C) in English Language
- 3 A levels at grades A, B, B or I.B. equivalent (128 UCAS Points), predicted or achieved
You’ll also need a passion for data analysis and accounting, a willingness to learn and a can do attitude.
