Love numbers and want to see how they drive big decisions? Step this way.

At Lloyds Banking Group, Finance is about far more than adding things up. It is the engine that powers strategy, insight and action across the business, and as a Finance apprentice you’ll be helping to shape decisions, drive change and deliver for millions of customers from the moment you join.

Over five years you’ll rotate through different teams, both in Finance and beyond, to see every angle of how one of the UK’s biggest banks is run. You’ll learn how to create, check and review accurate financial information, while developing skills such as collaboration, communication and influencing. You’ll also get hands-on with data analytics platforms and modern reporting tools.

You could be:

  • Supporting monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting in Core Finance.
  • Making sure nothing slips through the cracks in Audit and Assurance.
  • Helping to protect the business in Risk and Governance.
  • Planning major decisions in Strategic Business Management.
  • Managing how money moves across the Group in Taxation and Treasury.
  • Working with other business areas outside Finance, getting closer to customers and seeing how Lloyds Banking Group helps Britain prosper.
  • Analysing risk, advising on investments and solving complex problems alongside teams of finance and technology experts.

By the end of the programme you’ll have a fully funded degree, CIMA qualified status and the skills and confidence to take your career anywhere.
