Interested in technology, design and what makes customers tick? Step this way.
Lloyds Banking Group’s digital products are used by millions of people every day, and as a Digital Product Manager Apprentice you’ll help design and deliver tools that make banking smarter, simpler and more human. Rather than simply shadowing others, you’ll be shaping real products from your very first day.
You’ll combine hands-on product experience with tutor-led study, and you’ll learn how user needs, data and design come together to create digital products that matter. Your learning will cover customer-driven product management, user-centric design, data analysis, product planning and development, and how AI is shaping the future of products. You’ll also have dedicated time for your development along with a mentor, a manager and a buddy to support you.
You could be:
- Prioritising changes that are driven by what customers need.
- Managing products through every stage of their lifecycle, from first idea to launch and beyond.
- Working with users, stakeholders and engineers to bring products to life.
- Analysing problems and shaping solutions that improve the customer experience.
- Using data to make informed decisions about how products develop.
- Collaborating across technology and business teams.
By the end of the programme you’ll have your qualification fully funded, valuable experience at the UK’s biggest digital bank and transferable skills that can support a career in product, digital or technology roles.
