Application criteria:
- GCSEs at grades 4-9 in both Maths and English Language and/or Literature (England) or National 5 qualifications grades A-C in both Maths and English (Scotland)
- You’ll need to be at least 18 years old by the 1st September 2025 (England) or 28th February 2026 (Scotland).
- Candidates who have a degree are welcome to apply but their degree cannot be in a field related to the apprenticeship due to a crossover in learning

About the People Professional Apprenticeship Programme
You’ll develop a range of human resources (HR) expertise to support the development of people solutions, be ambassadors of behavioural and cultural change, provide tailored advice to the business across a number of HR topics and drive their learning agenda through your work towards your apprenticeship.
This is a full time 18 month apprenticeship and you will be placed into one of the HR teams (for example, Reward, Learning or Colleague Journeys). As part of your apprenticeship, you will complete level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
Your salary as a Lloyds Banking Group People Professional Apprentice will be £25,000 a year.
