Application Criteria: 

  • GCSE (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 in both Maths and English (language  and / or  literature)

These grades can be predicted, but any offer made to you will be conditional upon successful achievement of these qualifications.

  • You’ll need to be at least 18 years old on 1st September 2025.

During this two-year apprenticeship, you will specialise in first-line event and alert management within the 24x7 Incident Operations function. This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in various technology and process disciplines, including IT Incident, Problem and Change Management, Windows, Cloud platforms, Mainframe, and more.

Working Pattern:

Initially, working in the office will be required for most of the time as you settle into your role. Later on, aim to transition to a hybrid working model, where you will be expected to be at your base location for minimum of 40% of your time.
