Enjoy helping people and keen to learn how homes are managed behind the scenes? Step this way.

The Lloyds Living Property Management (LLPM) team keeps Lloyds Living properties safe, compliant and ready for customers to move into. The team supports customers as they move in and out, manages tenancies, maintains professionally managed homes and helps everyone feel safe where they live. As a Housing and Property Management apprentice, you’ll be right at the centre of this work.

You’ll rotate through Lettings, Customer Operations and Property Operations, gaining hands-on experience of how homes are managed and how customers are supported at every stage of their journey. You’ll also have the chance to work with Lloyds Banking Group’s charity partner, Regeneration Brainery, supporting young people from diverse backgrounds to build careers in the property and regeneration sector.

You could be:

  • Helping customers find high quality homes that they can move into.
  • Making sure properties are well looked after and that any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Managing tenancies from lettings and contracts right through to the end of a tenancy.
  • Organising repairs and regular maintenance to keep homes safe.
  • Learning how the legal and regulatory framework around landlord and tenant law works in practice.
  • Supporting customers when problems arise, including responding to challenges such as anti-social behaviour and helping vulnerable customers.
  • Bringing professionalism and care to every interaction with customers and stakeholders.

By the end of the programme you’ll have your Level 3 qualification fully funded, two years of real-world experience combined with classroom learning and the opportunity to progress towards membership of professional bodies such as ARLA Propertymark or the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
