What is the Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship?
The Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship is a two-year full-time role where you can gain first-hand experience of what it is like to be a producer in one of the world’s leading advertising agencies. You’ll be working with Art Directors, Copywriters and account management teams. Or collaborating with Postproduction companies, Sounds Technicians and Video Editors. Working across projects that connect with consumers on multiple channels, whether that be on Social Media, Digital, TV or Out of Home Advertising. You’ll play a huge part in ensuring clients' expectations are met within budget and agreed timelines.
You'll also gain a Level-3 Apprenticeship in Junior Content Production, delivered by the Bauer Academy, which you will get one day a week out of the office to study for.

- Salary: £21,500 plus benefits
- Location: Sea Containers, London as well as some remote working
- Duration: 2-year full-time contract with the look to continuing with Ogilvy, dependant on performance
- Benefits include a flexible working policy with core working hours (10am – 4pm) and a 3.2 Hybrid Working model (3 days: work for home, 2 days: in the office)
