About the Human Resources Apprenticeship

This is a two-year apprenticeship where you will rotate between the H.R. Generalist Team, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition whilst also studying towards an H.R. Support Level 3 qualification.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Talent acquisition.
• Employee onboarding.
• Contracting and benefits.
• Probation.
• Training and development.
• Holiday and absence tracking.
• Payroll.
• Employee offboarding.
• People projects.

You will be assigned a mentor/buddy during your apprenticeship to assist you throughout your apprenticeship. The mentor/buddy will help guide you through your apprenticeship and offer guidance where you need.

If you think you may not have experience in some aspects of this position, don’t worry, and apply anyway. Ogilvy are there to help you grow and nurture your skills.  

This is a perfect entry level role for a career as an H.R. generalist or an H.R. specialist.
