About the Finance and Operations Executive role

This opportunity allows you to get involved with the administration relating to campaign approval processes for Zenith's biggest clients. It’s an exceptionally varied role that includes trafficking artwork, booking venues, invoicing/reconciliation and the reporting of campaigns across 'out-of-home' (OOH) media and Zenith's exciting clients/agency brands.

The main responsibilites include:

• Organising central records with billing lists, approval forms, and client purchase orders
• Upload campaign data to analysis systems and manage internal processes
• Set up campaigns, handle ad hoc changes, and ensure financial accuracy
• Pull data for audits and contribute to meetings relating to client expenses
