About the Performance Marketing Executive Role

The Performance Marketing Executive will devise and deliver strategic and effective digital media campaigns.

You will support the day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns, including for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Search/Shopping, YouTube, Amazon and more.

Performance media is a hugely important growth area for the agency and this role represents the opportunity to lead learning and best practice internally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Activation & daily optimization of campaigns.
• Campaign set-up in accordance with briefs from planners & clients.
• Supporting in budget management.
• Supporting in providing strategic guidance on performance marketing for planning teams.
• Assisting in compiling weekly performance reports and accompanying analysis.
