What is the Recruitment Marketing Executive?

As the Recruitment Marketing Executive, you will work within the growing Talent Acquisition Operations Team, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team and wider Publicis Groupe business to build the overarching talent attraction strategy and implement a variety of marketing solutions.

Opportunities to add value to the business include email marketing, social media campaigns, campaign strategy and employer brand research and insight.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting the Marketing Manager in delivering the recruitment marketing strategy and implementation across Publicis Groupe agencies and practices.
• Working with the wider Talent Acquisition Operations team to visually present core data and analytics from the recruitment marketing function.
• Writing social media copy across a range of channels to capture and engage talent and creating branded email templates, candidate fact packs and content for agency career pages.

Your role will contribute to the overall effectiveness of how Publicis Groupe UK agencies use data to improve their processes, hiring strategy and employer brand.

 

Who Should Apply?

Publicis Groupe UK are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in data collation, operations, or administration and an interest in employer branding and raising brand awareness.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your workload is also important. The candidate should also have a passion for social media and confident communication and presentation skills.
