About the Social Media Executive role

You'll be working with global automotive clients – including brands such as Fiat, Vauxhall, Alfa-Romeo, and Jeep. You'll work to support the Social Media Manager and respond to consumers with an engaging and on-brand tone-of-voice. You’ll also support on reporting, scheduling and creating posts.

You’ll also need to work closely with the media agency, the rest of the social media team and the copywriter to deliver best practice and have a test-and-learn approach across brands.

Key responsibilites:

• Grow the online communities through engaging community management
• Be proactive around ideas to improve the service we give to clients
• Escalate issues quickly and concisely to your line manager so they can be addressed
• You’ll be working with a wide range of people, so you'll need to be able to communicate effectively
