Application Criteria: Open to students in their second or penultimate year of university. Grade criteria varies between opportunities. Candidates should demonstrate genuine interest in corporate finance and debt markets with strong commercial awareness, analytical and numerical skills, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Skills: Analytical and numerical skills, corporate finance and debt market knowledge, commercial awareness, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), diligence and commitment to excellence.
