About the opportunity.

The Rothschild & Co Spring Insight Programme is designed for students who are considering a career in financial advisory. The programme centres on the Global Advisory division, which includes the M&A, Debt & Restructuring and Global Market Solutions equity advisory businesses, while also giving participants exposure to the Wealth & Asset Management and Five Arrows alternative assets divisions, offering a broad insight into the diverse career paths available across the firm.

What participants will get.

• A broad and valuable insight into the range of career paths available at Rothschild & Co across its Global Advisory, Wealth & Asset Management and Five Arrows divisions.
• First hand experience of the working environment through time spent shadowing junior bankers.
• The opportunity to network with bankers at all levels of the firm.
• A tour of the firm's historical archives, showing how its success across two centuries has been shaped by the involvement of the Rothschild family.
• The opportunity for strong performers to enter a fast track assessment process for the following year's Summer Internship programme.

What participants will do.

• Shadow junior bankers to experience the day to day working environment of a financial advisory firm.
• Take part in informative skills sessions throughout the four day programme.
• Listen to presentations covering the firm's businesses and the careers available within them.
• Network with bankers of all levels to build relationships and learn about their roles.
• Explore the firm's historical archives to understand how its unique business model has developed.
