📝 Application Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (including Maths and English)
- Minimum of 120 UCAS points (e.g. BBB) – we accept any qualifications that accrue UCAS points

About the opportunity
This six-year programme combines practical experience with academic study, helping apprentices build key skills while developing their legal knowledge. One day each week is dedicated to study with The University of Law, working towards a law degree and the Solicitors Qualifying Exams. All tuition and exam fees are fully funded by the firm, and you’ll earn a salary throughout the programme.
In the first year, apprentices join RPC's Legal Matter Support team, before completing three 12-month placements across different legal departments. The final two years are spent in the training contract rotation. This structure provides a broad and in-depth understanding of many areas of law, ensuring apprentices are well prepared for qualification.
