Application criteria:
- You must be 18 years old by 1st September to apply for the 2025 intake
- Recent school or college graduates with A-levels or BTECs
- A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS points required.
- Level 2 in both English and Maths (GCSE grade A* to C or equivalent) for those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship.
- Individuals unsure that university is the path for them.
- Living in England.
- Must not be enrolled in another funded apprenticeship or further education programme at the time of starting.

About the opportunity
In this programme you will be part of the Investment Legal team within the Legal and Governance department. You’ll be working alongside solicitors and paralegals who draft, review and negotiate legal trading contracts for all their global Schroders entities across a variety of client types and fund ranges.
What you’ll do
- Assist with answering queries that come to the legal inbox.
- Collate legal documentation in response to client requests.
- Arrange for the signing of legal agreements.
- Prepare summaries of key legal terms from trading agreements.
- Work on legal client capacity checks.
- Undertake any ad hoc work required as part of the investment transaction team's daily workload
Salary £25,500 pa
