Application criteria:
- You must be 18 years old by 1st September to apply for the 2025 intake
- Recent school or college graduates with A-levels or BTECs
- A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS points required.
- Level 2 in both English and Maths (GCSE grade A* to C or equivalent) for those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship.
- Individuals unsure that university is the path for them.
- Living in England.
- Must not be enrolled in another funded apprenticeship or further education programme at the time of starting.

About the opportunity
Schroders manage over £200 billion in assets for a variety of clients, primarily in the UK. You will be part of their Global Client Solutions team, which is responsible for creating and delivering customised investment strategies. They engage with a diverse range of clients, including Defined Benefit Pensions, Defined Contribution Pensions, Insurance companies, and other institutional clients, using their extensive knowledge to foster strong relationships. The team comprises individuals from different backgrounds, including pensions, investment, and asset management, giving you the opportunity to learn from various experiences.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients, outlining their investment strategies and performance.
- Analyse data to support the design and review of their investment strategies.
- Contribute to the delivery of a wide range of investment services, adjusting strategies according to market changes.
- Assist in developing new initiatives and solutions for the UK investment market.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams within the organisation.
- Enhance your understanding of key concepts related to investment strategy design and management.
Salary £25,500 pa
