Schroders’ Apprenticeship programme is your chance to gain 2 years, paid work experience. If you’ve just finished your A-levels or your BTECs then this programme provides you with a chance to explore the world of work.

Location: London

Start date: 2nd September 2024

Application criteria: 

• You must be 18 years old by 2 September to apply for the 2024 intake
• You must have gained A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS point required 
• You must not be enrolled on another funded apprenticeship or another funded further education or higher education programme at the time you start your new apprenticeship 
• Must achieve a level 2 in both English and maths (i.e. a GSCE grade A* to C (or 9 to 4)) or equivalent 

Please note that funding for a repeated qualification is not available

• Have an interest in marketing and a hunger to learn
• A team player with a pro-active, flexible approach to getting things done
• Excellent attention to detail, numeric and highly analytical
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

• Proactive approach to tasks and organise work accordingly.

About the opportunity

This role sits within the Product Management team which is a part of investment team. The Product Management Team provides a bridge between the investment team and the client group (the client-facing part of the business). 

Your primary responsibilities will focus on:

Product and Client Support

• Ensure product presentations are produced for distribution and creating new product content as required.
• Client reports and review presentations.
• Using internal systems and tools to produce timely and accurate data.
• Support client group teams in responding to client queries etc.

New Business Development

• Ensure RFPs (documents where we answer questions as part of a new business pitch) are completed to a high standard and tailored to answer client questions.
• Assist in the development and production of presentations for client pitches.

Business Management

• Maintain and analyse AUM (assets under management), fund flows and competitor analysis relating to the Multi-Asset strategies. 

Salary £24,000 pa
