About the Role
The talent engagement co-ordinator role is ideal for young adults who are eager to become confident in growing relationships within the finance industry by being creative, practical, and personal when contributing new ideas.
Shawbrook are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a representative of Shawbrook’s early careers market. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for early careers providers and school partnerships, establishing and nurturing valuable relationships.
Your responsibilities will include leading and organising internal events and early careers assessment centres, collaborating closely with the recruitment team and school partnerships. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing ongoing relationships with both existing and new apprentices, apprenticeship providers, and Line Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our early careers initiatives, making a meaningful impact on the future of our organisation.
The role will involve the opportunity to look across different areas of the company which will include:
Equality Diversity & Inclusion
- Work alongside EDI Lead and Steerco Pillars to produce resources, create events and help support employee communities.
Performance & Talent Management
- Run the annual PM process working with HR MI Analyst, HRBPs and Reward to co-ordinate any calibration.
- Ensuring future Talent management process is completed, pulling together talent profiles/data for talent sessions, collating talent programme nominations, aligning development needs of individuals with L&D.
Employee Voice
- Support co-ordination and running of People Engagement Forum (PEF) meetings.
Learning and Development
- Support the coordination of Learning & Development platforms:
- Learning Management System
- Coaching
- Mentoring
Application Criteria:
- GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths to level C or 4 as a minimum.
- Pre Apprenticeship/Apprenticeship/Graduates
- Experience of working within the emerging talent/early careers.
