Human Resources Apprenticeship Application Criteria:
- GCSE grade 4/5, C or above in Maths and English.
- You must be aged 17 or over at start of the programme in September 2024, no longer in full-time education, and eligible to work in the UK.

About the Thrive Apprenticeship - Human Resources programme
The Human Resources Programme is ideal for young adults looking to build a career in HR. You will be studying towards a Level 3 CIPD HR Support Apprenticeship Standard over a 16-month programme. You'll spend your time immersed in HR Service Delivery team answering queries from Line Managers and colleagues relating to HR policies and processes, recruitment, development and reward.
As part of the role, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the employee life-cycles of all on-boarders, and support key processes throughout an employee's time at Shawbrook.
- Respond to employee queries and refer to other colleagues for support.
- Compiling and updating employee records in line with document retention and data privacy policies.
