About the New Careers - Data Analytics role

This is an opportunity to kick off your career in a modern and collaborative environment.

As part of the New Careers programme, you will develop through diverse and meaningful assignments in our Products Team. You will be fully integrated into your team and assume complete responsibility for the tasks assigned to you. You will receive customized coaching, training and mentoring and have the opportunity to engage with key business leaders across locations. This role is also supported by a 16-month apprenticeship training programme. 

Primary opportunity would be for someone to come in at Level 3 - Microsoft Data Essentials with options to expand remit to cover technical components within Level 4 – Data Analyst including Power BI.

• The successful candidate will be trained on Microsoft development toolsets; SSIS, SSMS, SSAS, SSRS, MDS & elements of Power BI. Additionally cloud native technologies including Redshift & Snowflake.
• The role will include supporting data migrations from 3rd party source systems into Sequel Applications. This will require technical SQL skills alongside product knowledge to support analysis of results to identify anomalies. Technical & business skills will be covered in training where applicable.. and more.
