Overview.

Location: Various locations across the UK, with the locations available for each role listed below.

Application deadline: Applications are open now and will remain open on a rolling basis until all vacancies are filled, so we recommend getting your application in as soon as possible. Please note that some roles may close early if Deloitte experience high demand.

Start date: September 2027, with placements lasting 12 months

Application criteria: This programme is designed for university students whose degree requires a placement year. You’ll need a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline, and some roles may have additional requirements, so check the criteria on each job description before you apply.

About the Deloitte Industrial Placement.

Deloitte’s Industrial Placements give you the chance to test drive a career before making a long term commitment, helping you explore your professional interests, gain valuable work experience and make sure you’re on the right career path.

Over 12 months, you’ll be fully integrated into your team, working and training alongside Deloitte’s first year graduates and doing real work from day one. You’ll work directly with companies on projects where your work has a meaningful impact, supported by a structured programme of learning, and depending on your business area you could complete professional accountancy exams that lead to partial qualification by the end of your placement. You’ll also have the chance to build a great social life, get involved in community projects and become a Deloitte Brand Ambassador, and the placement could lead to an offer for Deloitte’s Graduate Programme, depending on your performance and role availability.
