IBM offer Advanced, Higher & Degree Level Apprenticeships! Roles could include: • Software Developer • Test Engineer • Junior Management Consultant • Junior Technical Consultant • Technology Sales. All with a starting salary of £20,000!
3.I haven’t made my decision yet
Why not take a year out to make your decision and join IBM's 12 month Futures Gap Year Scheme! starting salary is £18,000 plus a £1,000 bonus.

What grades do I need?
Advanced/Higher Apprenticeship: 5 GCSEs: Grade 4-9 2 years in further education
For Futures Gap Year Scheme: 2 years in further education
Degree Apprenticeships: 5 GCSEs: Grade 5-9 Minimum of 112 UCAS point
What will it be like to work at IBM?
When you join IBM you will become part of the ‘Foundation’ Early Professional community alongside Apprentices, Futures students, University Placement students and Graduates. As part of this community you will be assigned an Early Professional Manager (in addition to your day-to-day Task manager). Your Early Professional Manager will be with you every step of the way, ensuring you get the experience you need to get to the next step in your career. They will support you with your training and development and to giveback to the community both inside and outside of IBM.
