The Talent Acquisition team works collaboratively with both Talent Management and Talent Operations to form the Talent Team which in turn partners with every department in the business.
What is the role?
As the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for:
- Creating and posting job requisitions
- Coordinating interview schedules and follow up
- Coordinating talent acquisition Early Careers Assessment Centres, meet-ups and events
- Align marketing collateral to appropriate brands and practices for all Early Careers advertising
You will be reporting to the Early Career program lead and work closely with our Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner(s).
