About the Hosting Support Apprenticeship

This is a 16-month apprenticeship where you will develop through diverse and meaningful assignments in two functions, Customer Experience Management and Business Support.

As a Business Support Analyst, you will deliver solutions support to Verisk clients, such as dealing with unexpected solution errors, questions that have come from customers about Verisk solutions and executing requests for service.

Don't worry if you have little or no experience in IT services - you just need strong potential to provide an exemplary support service to Verisk’s highly valued clients putting the client’s needs at the forefront of everything Verisk does.  This is a great introductory role with variety and blend of technology.

The primary element of the Customer Experience Management role is to support the Customer Experience Management Team function on a day to day basis, while gaining the experience to become an expert in the installation and Infrastructure elements of the SBS product suite.

You will receive customized coaching, training and mentoring and have the opportunity to engage with key business leaders across locations.
